Flexible packaging and blown film have come a long way over the years.  Multi-layer extrusion is the process of manufacturing a structure by allowing simultaneous extrusion of two or more polymers.  The multi-layer extrusion process permits an array of different physical properties to exist together in the same poly film. 

Our proprietary food grade blend is manufactured in the United States of America with USDA and FDA approved materials and complies with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, section 21 CFR 177.1520.  The recipe contains puncture resistant material while also allowing for good seals.  The outside of the bag is slightly tacky to allow a better grip while the inside is smooth to allow the contents to slide out easily.

Our bags are also manufactured in accordance with food safety ISO 22000, one of the industry’s top food safety standards.  ISO 22000 sets the requirement for a food safety management system. It maps out what an organization needs to do to demonstrate its ability to control food safety hazards in order to ensure that food is safe.
